Founded by bikers, for bikers, Roadskin is a UK-based motorcycle clothing brand. The company was started by Ian and Nicky Wilson. Ian, a former London courier, gained firsthand knowledge of the shortcomings of traditional motorcycle gear. Early in his career, he and his friend, Mark Kingham, resorted to unconventional methods to stay warm and dry, which fueled their desire to create better gear.

The Roadskin Taranis Elite jeans are a revolution in motorcycle safety, achieving a top-tier AAA safety rating in a single layer. This is a remarkable first for motorcycle gear, as confirmed by the UK’s SATRA Technology Centre.
They seamlessly blend protective Kevlar fibres into premium denim for a garment that looks and feels like regular five-pocket jeans but offers superior protection. An added touch of elastane makes them incredibly comfortable and flexible. Unlike other rigid motorcycle jeans, the Taranis feels soft and pliable, making them some of the most comfortable on the market. The straight-leg jeans are supplied with Level 2 Smoothways armour, with an option to upgrade to RHEON Level 2 knee and hip armour for even better protection.
