@thealexbear Interesting comment Alex. There is a very fine line isn't there? Excluding men.....hmmm, how about excluding another gender or skin colour? Then it becomes distasteful. Ok, so white males are over represented, maybe we need to understand why first. Not sure....

@ludmotorcyclist @Rawricus Absolutely. I totally agree. I just think excluding any demographic is a dangerous path. Encouraging new people is awesome, we should all do it, but maybe not segregating certain demographics and excluding others.

@Rawricus Yeah, definitely. However, if 50 members of the key demographic regularly turn up and the 10% that are specifically reserved are always empty, that's not moving forward. Maybe just have 50 seats for whoever turns up? As long as new people are not discouraged!

@Manxy It sounds dangerous ground. I'm all for encouraging and supporting, regardless of what demographic they are from, but excluding people sounds like dangerous behaviour.
